Privacy policy

Last updated October 10, 2026

This website belongs to Cody Huelsman, a real estate agent with mygoodagent. It runs on Guru Broker, a service of Go Broker Hub LLC. This policy explains what we collect here and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • What you send us in a form: your name, email, phone, message, and details like a home's address or times that suit you for a showing.
  • Whether you agreed to texts, the words you agreed to, and when.
  • If you make an account to save homes: your email, the homes and searches you save, and the listings you view. MLS rules require sites that show their listings to keep a record of searches and views.
  • If you use the chat, your messages, so it can answer you.
  • Basic technical details, like your IP address and browser, to keep the site working and stop spam. Your rough location (city level, from your connection) may be used to suggest nearby towns. One cookie keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising trackers.

How we use it

  • To answer you and help with buying or selling a home. Your details go to Cody and mygoodagent, and may be kept in their customer records (such as their CRM).
  • To send the listing emails you sign up for. Every email has a link to stop them.
  • To text you, only if you agreed. See the texting terms.
  • Chat messages are answered by an AI service working for us. It doesn't use them to train its models.

Who we share it with

mygoodagent and the companies that help us run this site and reply to you (hosting, email, texting, AI and customer records), only to do that work. We don't sell your information. We may share it if the law requires it.

Text messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as the provider that delivers our texts, is permitted. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
